In biblical scripture ζωή zoe (Life), and ζάω zao (to live | be alive), are not referring to the same thing. Think biblically.

Catholic vs Orthodox vs Protestant

Believe the apostles of Christ Jesus, and follow their doctrine when you read what they wrote:

"Endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as all of you are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all." (Ephesians 4:3-6).

Anyone who goes against who the apostles - in the New Testament - identified and defined as the church / the body of Christ, is wrong / deceived / deluded; and Christ's body / the church is identified alone by the presence of the Holy Spirit in the collective body / congregation of believers who have His Spirit in them. This is the only way the apostles define the church (Ephesians 2:19-22).

We are saved by what Christ did for us, through our faith in Him. This is the only means of salvation (not which part of the church / body of Christ we join or are baptized in, or are listed as a member of). The body of Christ / the church does not create the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit inhabits the body of Christ / the church, created by the blood, death and resurrection of Christ who died for our sins and rose again.

So insistence upon the authority of one part of the body / church, and its liturgy, tradition, etc above another part, is of man and of the flesh (not of the Spirit), and it seeks to divide, rather than endeavor to  keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, so don't try to find a part (any one part) of the body of Christ / church that has all their interpretation of the apostles' doctrine correct regarding what is Christian / Orthodox / Catholic, because you won't find it - which is proof that salvation is not of man, but of Christ, and the Spirit of Christ is in you - through your faith in Him.

So "Endeavor to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as all of you are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all." (Ephesians 4:3-6).
